Plans for Future Lessons

I have a number of new accounting tutorial videos planned and even mostly written. However, after the completion of Lesson 8 I am taking a break to focus on studying for the CPA examination (there are 4 of them) and to work on a business deal. Hopefully I can start pumping out additional videos once those projects are complete.

If you are hungering for more accounting knowledge via free online video, I recommend going through all the accounting videos on youtube – some aren’t done very well – but there are a few gems out there.

Daniel, the most I liked about you is:
1. You attitude not to SELL your product, instead otherwise.
2. Your genuine advice of getting seriously into accounting – after you find out it’s the right field for you.
3. Your knowledge sharing.

Thank you so much! I took 2 years of accounting in college and didn’t come out with a single thing other than the accounting equation. I am due to teach accounting soon and in a desperate measure, I searched for dummy videos. You were able to teach me something in less than 2 hours that my accounting teachers couldn’t do in 2 years. Absolutely amazing! Now, if you could only make videos for Economics and Calculus, I’d be a pro at the only three classes that I was ever confused in during college. I’m a Business Admin major by the way and will have a teaching certificate in December to teach Business 6-12 so you have no idea how much your videos actually helped me. I feel like I could acutally teach these kids accounting now. I hope you can make some more videos soon and, if you’re good in these areas also, I would seriously reccommend making videos for other classes like Economics and Calculus. You could make some serious money with this site, although I appreciate that it was free. Now that I know what you can do, I would definately pay for more videos.

I really find your videos helpful. I’m studding Accounting, and I have come
to a point where things got hard, I’m talking about ” (VAT) Return (extract)”
” Output and Input, Tax Calculation”. One other prob, On the (VAT) ledger account where does this fit:
Net value of cash purchases in period 8,226.60, VAT on cash purchases 1,685.32…
Dr and Cr. The VAT is really being a challenge to conquer.

ahhh!! i need more videos. any suggestions on whose videos would be good to watch on youtube. I doubt they will be as good as yours. they were very easy flowing. I learned a great deal from them.
