Thanks. Accounting can be a great career for some people. Most important is that you pick a career and/or major that is practical (like accounting or engineering etc.) So you can get a good job right out of school (or right out of training).
Great job. I’m interested in knowing what type of video software you use to produce your videos. I’m in real estate and would like to do a similar kind of video presentation for pre-licensed/new agents
I work on a pc – not a mac. I use fairly inexpensive camera to film – a kodak Zi8. The software for the accounting behind my image is Microsoft Powerpoint. I capture that screen image using Camtasia Studio 7 (which costs about $300). I take the screen images I captured using Camtasia along with the video I got from my Kodak Zi8 and I edit it all in Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 (cost about $80-90). Then I upload to youtube. It is actually a fairly complex process but you get used to it after a while.
Love that you’re doing these videos, but not sure why I really needed to know the history of the two. After watching your next two videos, it seems like this one might not be necessary. Consider removing?
hi .. i’m from Saudi Arabia and i’am not perfect in English so it’s deffecult to understand the most lesson on the internet but your video is easy in anice way and clear and helpfull ..it’s amazing
especially because u write in the corner that makes me improve my English and Accounting skills … thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank u it’s very nice and great video

I love your accounting video and how you give the history on double-entry accounting. I think this way of learning accounting is amazing because, its not boring and a lot of people learn quicker by watching and interacting with another person concering a certain kind of topic.
